What agency owners ask us before they start.
Are my data and my customers’ data safe?
Yes. Each agency only sees its own data. ID documents are kept in a private space and only open through a temporary link. Every account can turn on two-step sign-in, and the customer agrees before any AI read of their papers. ORBIT is designed for Moroccan law 09-08.
Does a finger-signed contract have legal value?
Law 53-05 recognises electronic signatures. ORBIT records a simple electronic signature: dated, tied to the contract, kept in a history that cannot be changed, and printed on the PDF. If you prefer, you can also print the contract and have it signed by hand.
Can I import my cars from Excel?
Yes. In the Garage, “Import a fleet” reads your Excel or CSV file and creates every car at once. Customers are then added rental by rental, often just by scanning their ID card.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, on iPhone and Android, and on a computer. Open orbitrent.app, then “Add to Home Screen”: ORBIT then opens like an app. Nothing to download from the App Store.
Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes. The app, your booking site and the contracts exist in French, Arabic and English. Each staff member picks their language, and each contract comes out in the customer’s language.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Everything is saved online, so the whole team sees the same thing at the same moment, at the desk or in the car park. ORBIT is light and works on the phone’s 4G. If the connection drops, it tells you.
How long does it take to start?
The account takes two minutes to create. We call you back within 24 hours to set up your fleet with you, and the Excel import does most of the work.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, no commitment. Before you leave, you export your figures to Excel and your contracts as PDF. A closed agency is then erased automatically after 30 days.
